All donations made through the United for Animals website are entirely voluntary. By making a donation, you acknowledge that you are providing financial support for our mission to improve animal welfare across Europe.
A donation is not a purchase of goods or services and does not establish any contractual entitlement unless explicitly stated.
United for Animals does not process payments directly. To ensure secure transactions, donations are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
Each provider operates independently under its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By completing a donation, you also agree to the applicable terms of the selected provider.
United for Animals never stores your payment card details or banking credentials. All payment information is processed exclusively by the selected payment provider using secure encrypted connections.

United for Animals does not receive or store confidential payment information. Only the payment confirmation and the donated amount are provided to us where necessary for administrative purposes.

Although every reasonable effort is made to maintain a secure website, United for Animals cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party payment services.
Donations are voluntary contributions supporting charitable activities and are generally considered final.
If you believe that a donation was made accidentally, duplicated or without authorization, please contact us as soon as possible.
Each refund request will be reviewed individually. Approved refunds may depend on the policies of the respective payment provider.
If a payment is disputed through your payment provider or credit card issuer, United for Animals reserves the right to provide the relevant transaction information necessary to resolve the dispute.

As United for Animals is currently in the process of establishing its formal legal structure, official tax-deductible donation receipts are not currently guaranteed. Information regarding future receipt availability will be published on this website.
